In a private session I am able to provide much more hands on attention (physical adjustments and assisted stretching), than is possible in a group yoga class. Another thing that I can do to add depth to your sessions is develop meditations and guided relaxation routines customized to your needs.
I prefer to teach a very traditional and relaxing style of yoga, as opposed to the more physical, athletic, strenuous styles now popular.
Traditional Hatha Yoga emphasizes inner peace, focus and awareness.
Expect to learn proper relaxation and proper breathing immediately, and expect to feel great right away.
